A terrible company
This company has been selfish during the time of Covid-19. The world is suffering and they don’t care about the little people. We were supposed to fly with them but when WHO increased the level of virus caution in Japan we needed to cancel. I have a heart condition so I couldn’t risk it. My flight was flexible however I was charged an large cancelation fee. I asked for it to be waived given the pandemic but they declined. They also took weeks to respond to emails and I was waiting two hours on the phone to talk to someone. In my opinion It’s just bad business, as I’ll go to japan or Singapore eventually and I’ll now travel with a different airline.
