I was travelling in the UK when I ripped the suspension sleeve I wear on my below knee prosthesis. After searching online I found this website. I don’t know if the sleeve I ordered was listed incorrectly or if I ordered the wrong one . All I know is I measured the 3 areas of my leg as per the website . However, the sleeve I received wouldn’t fit round my wrist, let alone my thigh. I called and was extremely impressed by the excellent customer service I received. I returned the item and received email confirmation of full refund and an apology that the item didn’t meet my needs. Class Act !
