Good Company To Order From, But Be Patient With Shipping
I've ordered from Direct Vapor in the past, and shipping used to be very quick until USPS stopped shipping vape products. Now they are using a new shipping service that is not very good. The tracking number they give is useless. I placed an order on 3/4/23, and it took 18 days to receive. I did contact them by phone about a week after I ordered, and I was on hold for around 45 minutes before I was able to talk to someone which was very frustrating. I wanted to find out what was going on with my order, and they didn't help very much. They just said I would have to wait 30 days for a refund if I did not receive it. I did receive it, and they sent me an email with an apology and said they will be refunding my shipping and signature confirmation fee, and gave me a 25% off coupon code to use on my next purchase. I did receive free shipping with my order, so they only had to refund my signature confirmation fee which they did. Then I placed another order on 3/28/23 and used my 25% off coupon code, and it took 7 days to receive. The coupon code worked, and it came much faster. The carrier they use now doesn't update on the tracking, it will just say "waiting carrier pickup". It only updates when it's picked up by the carrier, and both times I did receive my order the next day from being picked up. It never says what day it will be delivered, in transit, or out for delivery so you don't know when it will be delivered to make sure someone is around to sign for it. After you receive it, it will say delivered. They do have very good prices, and even coupon codes to use. I have no problem ordering from them again, because I know what to expect. If you're not in a hurry and someone is home at all times, it's a good place to order from.
