Fantastic service - Donna Hale
When applying for a mortgage, Leanne and I were very nervous and found ourselves outside of our comfort zone to our normal renting procedure - not knowing where to start and the all the procedures that comes with a mortgage. However, from start to finish we have felt at ease and well supported with the help of your colleague Donna Hale. Donna has shared with us her great range of knowledge and has always been available to answer our calls and emails when questions arose. Not only does she provide us with clear communication, she has also worked hard to drive this sale forward and adhere to the sellers request of a quick sale. We cannot thank Donna enough for all of her efforts and for making this process a great experience. She is an absolute treasure to your company and we fully appreciate everything she has done for us.
