Scam property listings
For decade I used booking.com no problem, now I booked a stay at non-existent stay, support basically ignoring, or blaming me for not contacting them, even if I asked them at the door of that nonexistent stay. As other wrote, I had to pay for another stay, doubling my costs. Sad they now allow scammers on to their website. If I lost more money I sue them, this way, they for sure lost a customer
