We are are Health Insurance Brokerage…
We are are Health Insurance Brokerage who have been in business for over 20 years. I would strongly advise any individual or company NOT to consider this company. We repeatedly have to chase this insurer to pay our commission, Even when they tell us we will be paid, this is not always accurate. This is a great worry to us as it suggests this insurer does not have sufficient resources to settle their obligations. Furthermore this insurer has recently reneged on a policy for one of our valued clients, something NO other insurer we work with would ever do. We submitted a genuine application for this client. Eventually we were informed that they would NOT accept this, during which time the client had cancelled their other policy. No genuine reason was given for this. When we asked for the email address for the managing director, we were told this would not be given out ! I would advise customers or brokers to avoid this company.
