Highly recommend Vanessa at Franklyn James
Vanessa at Franklyn James is amazing - I've never been through the process of buying a house but she was quick, efficient and super responsive. I've heard that the process of buying a place is difficult and stressful, and honestly I have not found that at all with Vanessa and Franklyn James, from the initial viewing to completion was around 2 months (and could have been quicker if it weren't for summer holidays on my side!) Vanessa arranged viewings very quickly and gave excellent advice on expected interest and timelines and was very helpful during the offer process. After that, any questions I had were answered quickly and even ones that had to have seller input came back in a day or two. She was great at being an intermediary with both sides' solicitors as well. Cannot recommend them enough, and thank you very much! Would not hesitate to use them in the future!
