Thoroughly professional from the very start
Thoroughly professional from the very start to the end, a brilliant experience with advice and support from outstanding staff. The service we received from Audley Travel, specifically our country expert Ewan Petrie was second to none. The initial contact established my requirements, including requested locations, timescales, budget, they then provided a tailor made itinerary which fitted our purpose exactly. We held virtual meetings to ensure the trip was exactly what we wanted and we were able to ask questions and seek clarity. This support continued throughout the whole relationship with Ewan and Audley. We received a hamper a few weeks before we flew, which was such a pleasant surprise and then a bound folder with all salient detail, even including a few dollars to start us off on our journey. It was the small things that made the difference to other travel companies, notification of our gate of departure well before being notified by the airport, notified of which baggage carousel our luggage was being delivered to five minutes after we had landed. All of the accommodation that was suggested was amazing, suggested restaurants, booked activities took the worry of trying to organise the trip ourselves away. I cannot recommend Audley highly enough, they are a first class travel company offering first class experiences with first class professionals. Well done Audley, but specifically well done Ewan, an absolute star
