Not reliable. No problem notifications. Only people happy with this service are people who haven't had to use the recovery service. If the application fails and there is no backup there is no possible way to get a notification. Per customer service only way to know if backup stopped working is if you enable daily confirmation reminders on the app. If you DON'T get a confirmation that day then it didn't backup. If there is a problem with the app itself there is no way to generate an email to you because all emails originate from the app itself and NOT the idrive website. My only option they said is to request a partial refund for this shortfalling. (known issue).
