They will literally steal your money and tell you tough luck
If I could leave no stars I would have done that I travel a lot and I usually use Priceline or booking.com which I will never again make the mistake of using anything besides them. Long story short we accidentally booked a room in a state that was very far from us but it had the same name of the city that we were in so it was an honest mistake that we realized literally within about 15 minutes of booking it so we didn't think it would be a problem at all to call Travelocity and tell them our mistake and that we would have to switch the booking to a state that we were actually in. This is definitely something that third party bookings usually are able to assist you with so I did not think that they were going to just keep our money and say tough luck but that's exactly what happened! I could see why the reviews for Travelocity are so low and I understand now why nobody I know really uses them and I will make sure that nobody I know ever uses them again
