Good meat, comparable pricing, super fast shipping!
Haven't checked out the 2nd order yet (soon to be delivered) but in the first order, there were two packages with holes in them. Since the meat was frozen we didn't worry about it too much and didn't contact the company to allow a correction, just cut around that area. We will contact if there's a similar issue in the 2nd order. Overall the meat was very good and price per pound is comparable, if not slightly less than competing companies. The shipping cost is a bit high, considering other places we've ordered from offer free shipping if the total order is over a certain amount. However, the delivery was really fast, I believe it took only a day. I wouldn't mind waiting if there was a way to get free or reduced cost for shipping. There were a few items in our first package that we didn't care for, namely the bacon, and the pre-cooked chicken meatloaf (which happened to be free with a promo code). The ribeyes were terrific, the hamburgers and hot dogs were good. We're going to try the flat iron steaks and tri-tip in the 2nd order, expecting them to be pretty good!
