Take money, don’t complete delivery and refuse refund
I hired a courier to collect a parcel and deliver it. They accepted payment, shared poor instructions on documentation requirements and then did nothing else. I would go on the tracker every day and it would say ‘collection failed’. This went on for over a month and nobody was able to provide any information on why. That problem was eventually resolved. A few more weeks go by and I realise the parcel had been returned to the original location with incorrect documentation. I had to chase multiple times to find that out and had no context, what was wrong or information about how to fix it. They were extremely unhelpful and then refused to refund payment despite doing absolutely nothing to support this courier. The delivery company was actually DHL so they were just an unhelpful middle-man with no information.
