Omboeken…

Roompot maakt reclame met 28 dagen voor aankomst omboeken...maar ik wil omboeken en wat gebeurt er? Mijn boeking verdwijnt zomaar. Ik heb wel al de volle pot betaald. Reeds meerdere uren voor gebeld. Ze zeggen een fout in hun systeem. Maar willen geen mail sturen.
