Mixed experience with claims
The warranty itself seems comprehensive, but I've had some frustration with the claims process. It took three weeks to get approval for a relatively simple repair, and I had to call multiple times for updates. Once approved though, everything was covered as promised. Customer service could definitely be more responsive.
