Rightmove not as efficient as Van Mildert.
I have previously held the rent protection policy, for a number of years with Van Mildert, who have been excellent. I now understand that Van Mildert have been taken over by Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Services Ltd. I feel that contacting Rightmove, has been a frustrating experience, trying to get hold of them. I only hope that there will be an improvement in their service to landlords.
