I called last Friday to try and get ahold of billing. I was on hold for 3 hours! I hung up after with no answer. I was able to clean my kitchen, do laundry take a shower and get ready while still being on hold. There is literally no one there! My husband tried in his phone as well and he hung up after an hour and a half. How is this acceptable? We’ve been battling this bill with our insurance company due to the incompetent therapist billing for a full session for 3 min call for my daughter. Seriously someone needs to hire and or do an over haul on this “billing department “.
