APPALLING- READ reviews before purchasing
READ reviews before purchasing. Ordered iPhone 11 via Amazon described as ‘excellent’ arrived Face ID does not work, contacted seller no response but I raised a return straight away which they accepted so must have known phone was faulty. Ultimo, look at your reviews and improve your service and have some courtesy for your customers. Be honest abut your products or improve what you sell! UPDATE - returned signed for postage, AND SENT PROOF OF SIGNATURE to the seller so that could see who signed for it their end, requested and update following this and then get the following message from them: Thank you for your message, I can see that the tracking was marked as delivered on the 20.11.24 However, there is no photo of delivery or proof of signature For this reason, we would not be able to 100% confirm we have this item until is is processed back into our system. Kind Regards Bethany How can they not 100% confirm they have the item when it’s been SIGNED for their end. Embarrassment of business (if you can call it that). Don’t sell faulty products and make sure that you give customers their refunds straight way. I work hard for my money and £180+ is a lot of money to me so I want it back and should not not have to wait and keep chasing. UPDATE- now 27th November and still no refund.
