Absolutely awful customer support.
Absolutely awful customer support. I ordered to the wrong address and IMMEDIATELY let them know. All that needed to happen was to change the address or cancel so I can reorder. They responded with a half-assed reply, and I responded extremely elaborately again telling them how important it is. I was then ignored. Another message, ignored again (item was still not dispatched). Now I got a message saying it has been dispatched, after they ignored my messages for a few days. They have 0 empathy for how much trouble this will cause me, which I expressed. All it was was a simple address change...
