I have emailed and tried to call right move quit a few times now but not getting any response. My partner is Ukrainian, receives universal credit (I work full time) but because she doesn’t have a credit history, she cannot be taken into consideration. The council has offered to be a guarantor for us but they won’t accept this either. Still no response to my emails. I know a lot of Ukrainian families are going through the same thing. Is right move going to update their box ticking protocol?
