I ordered a carry backpack for my new…
I ordered a carry backpack for my new puppy on the 4th of October. The tracking for this was non existant and I was emailed about delays. I finally emailed them after 20 days to ask where my order was. I recieved an email saying that it had been delivered and with proof. Royal mail had apparrently put the order in my recycling bin on bin day and of course it went out with the rubbish. I understand through no fault Playpaw this happened, but there was zero tracking available which could have prevented this mishap. I emailed again and asked how this could be resolved and after lengthy exchanges over a period of a week, I was told I could either have a refund or the missing items sent. I opted for the missing items. Its now the 10th Nov and have heard nothing. I chased it 3 days ago and have heard nothing. I honestly don't recommend this company. I am out of pocket and no items.
