Made an order for click and collect but…
Made an order for click and collect but at payment it changes automatically to delivery. Email straight away and phoned the next morning. Was told that home delivery is the default, and that there was no was of cancelling order. To get refund, I’d have to cancel by australia post when I receive tracking number and would only get refund when returned to warehouse and item inspected (even if never even Made it to my hands) which would take weeks. Buying a similar item from another store instead as customer service is so poor, I’d hate to think of what would happen if there was a real issue with my item
