Its a shame there is no option for 0 stars because that would be my rating. I placed an online order with Michael on September 9, 2020, and was expecting delivery by the third week in September, Today, I called to find out why I haven't received the order and was told the order was canceled since some of the items were out of stock. I never received notice that they canceled the order. I told them I still want the items, but they will not honor the prices from my previous order. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes and then got disconnected while I was waiting for a supervisor to speak with. Worst customer service !
