AWFUL customer service

AWFUL customer service Package containing $$$ expensive gear was supposedly delivered by Fed Ex but not received. LE and Fed Ex directed me to the seller. Seller was NO help. I am out the cost and have no recourse. Customer Service was not helpful or friendly whatsoever. I had to repeat myself many times and felt they could have cared less. CUSTOMER BEWARE!
