The service James provided has been exceptional, through some quite tricky moments in the sale process James has been calm, reassuring and he has gone above and beyond the level of service I expected. His approach to marketing (drone footage), content and open days was refreshing compared to the endless ‘viewings’ previous agents had tried, which makes such a difference.
