Terrible customer service
Ordered a vinyl record on 12/16 with delivery guaranteed by Christmas. Emailed them on 12/24 requesting an update on the status. No response (even as of today). Called on 12/30 and spoke to a "customer service" representative who said they have had some "crazy stuff going on with Christmas orders" and wasn't the slightest bit concerned that they missed their delivery guarantee. She updated the stated of my order to "shipped" but I'm not sure if it was actually shipped since I still have not received it 9 days later.
