I LOVE this program
I LOVE this program! Of course, like everyone else, I’ve tried several other “weight loss” programs costing $$$ and nothing would stick. I was impressed that my Medicare would pay for FormHealth and it’s been the only program I could easily stick to and actually lose weight in a responsible way. Almost down 20lbs in just under 3 mos and still on my way—my ultimate goal 30 lbs! It’s never been easier trying out the great recipe ideas they send me and “zooming” with my dietician and MD every month. Clothes Shopping for smaller sizes is also quite a “Bonus”‼️
