It takes the Pure team a couple of days to get back to you. However they will answer with a positive feedback and do go out of there way to help. After a few issues with my sons scooter we received full refund or the offer of a new one. We purchased the new Pure advance scooter which is so much more reliable and better built scooter with many more extra and safer options. No breakdowns in last 4 Months, just needed a small accessory which was delivered by Pure straight away.
