Denis was great!
Denis was great. He was booked in for a gas safety visit but in carrying this out he found a problem. He really went out of his way to make sure the issue was fixed the same day. Very polite and well mannered. Cleaned up after himself. Explained in a clear manner what he had done and why. Very good service.
