I have been using the products since July 2021 and they are amazing. I started on a weight loss plan and within 2 months had lost nearly 3 stone. I have gone on to use their sports range and the products helped me do the Coast2Coast race in Scotland, 105 miles over 2 days on bike, foot and canoe. I truly don't think I could have completed it without the Herbalife products. I'm a life long user for sure!!!
