Just want to give a review as they have refunded me fully for my cancelled flights due to COVID-19. By contrast Virgin Atlantic will only offer rescheduled flights which is absolutely pointless as trip was for a specific reason. In conclusion Hawaiian Airlines get 5*. Highly recommended. Virgin Atlantic get -5*. Will never book with them again
