Poor accounts department
I have recently had to visit the Nuffield in Leicester and couple of times for a Cancer diagnosis. The medical team are just amazing the issue is with the accounts team. Instead of charging Bupa for the treatment carried out, they debited my credit card and was a considerable sum of money. After being told that the refund would be a priority, one month later I am still chasing / waiting for the refund. I personally feel that this stress isn't needed.
