I would give NO STARS if I could! I had minor surgery today & ordered dinner for my son & me from local Mexican restaurant. My husband is out of town & I am not supposed to drive (thank goodness had not taken heavy duty pain meds yet). I was missing my son’s meal so contacted Favor customer service via text since only way to do so. They did not text me back for well over 30 min. I had also texted driver. I called restaurant & drove there myself to get it. I saw driver there & he was trying to see what happened & bring me the missing food. Favor had cut off him from texting with me so I had no idea since again they did not contact me til after I left restaurant. They offered me $6 back!! I had told them my situation as well but they did nothing more - they should have given a full refund which I asked for several times but they incredibly did not do the right thing!! DO NOT USE Favor! The driver was great but company has no customer service.
