Awful
Awful. After reading the reviews on here fortunately we was renting and not selling. Agreed on renting a flat but was told it would not be available until August. Agreed to wait. References sorted and then 2 weeks later receive an email that the property is sold. Apparently the landlord put it up for sale same time as putting it up for rent. So I looked on Right Move and the flat was up for sale with the SAME estate agent. We are lucky, only wasted two weeks of our time. Imagine if they had told us in July
