Chocolates are great but the Amazon delivery is very poor. The chocolates were left on our doorstep in blazing heat, no one knocked or rang the door bell. Luckily I saw them on my way back from the shop.

Extremely poor support. No telpehone support just chat. Had a problem with my emails and Heart told me to change the DNS setting in my account. Had no idea what that meant so they sent me instructions of what to do. Said it would take up to 24hrs to work. 48 hours later and I still had no email service at all. Contacted Heart but no reply recieved and now been waiting 13 hours for them to get back to me. Dreadful service. Couldn't wait any more as this was severly affecting my buisness so changed it all back to the earlier setting and hey presto it worked straight away.
