iDrive - for me, awful.
Awful. I can only report my own experience. Others' experiences may differ. Regularly fails to recognise legitimate login details (error message, username/password not correct, not found). Obviously a system issue because I can sometimes login. No pattern. Utterly unituitable interface. Hopeless tech support - link to live chat 'available 24 hrs' didn't work. Slow. Almost any interaction triggers yet another login request. Cancelled subscription a few mins ago. 8th May - Update. Spot a common theme? No meaningful support action at the time of request. Post a negative review here - instant 'happy to investigate further'. How about just respond effectively when support ticket created?
