Customer care lacking
In a weeks time it will be 4 months since I ordered three radiators and paid extra for an alternative to white in colour . They were installed promptly but with mismatching colours on end panels and thermostats at the wrong end. It took a few weeks before installers returned but despite my communications were not aware that the thermostats were at the wrong end. After their visit I was assured that new radiators had been ordered (changing ends of thermostats causes damage ) but I still await their return . I have been contacted twice asking for full payment , which I have declined other than paying for the one radiator which has been installed correctly , and I paid for that as I was told the installed radiators were not under guarantee unless paid for in full. Despite the error in installation I think they are a good product let down by customer care
