It all happened with stoppage Customer support barely spoke any English, and were not helpful at all. After I tried to explain what happened to me - quite a regular issue where reactivate your eSIM card. The information provided on the website and the things customer support said were completely contradictory. With an attitude, I have been given the same response and was therefore quite stuck in my situation. Needless to say even to reach an actual agent was a nightmare:D Worst phone company I have ever dealt with, never again. Do not recommend to anyone to go through that hell
