Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Horrible. 9 hours on the phone to book a flight with credit I’ve received from a previously canceled flight. 9 agents, 3 managers. I manager called me a liar and hung up on me. Don’t waste your money. Will not use Travelocity again. Ever.
