EWT Customer Service losing them customers.
We booked for a softener and filter to be fitted. Close to the time of the appointment we rang to confirm they'd be there at the allotted time. They said they had changed the time and contacted us by e-mail. They didn't e-mail us and a call or text would have been a more suitable way of doing that. So we rescheduled as the new time did not suit. Again we rang close to the time to confirm they'd be there on time. This time we were rudely informed that the time was moved back again, without notification. Difficult to know how good EWT products and service is with such bad scheduling and customer care. We'll look elsewhere.
