Completely unsatisfied
Completely unsatisfied. Was supposed to fly with the airline that i choose to book. Atleast that’s how it works normally. I ended up flying with another one. These changes were never sent to me nor communicated in any form. I had to figure it out myself! Tried to contact customer support before because i couldn’t already even check in online …not helpful at all really.
