A combination of things really
A combination of things really, from the first phone call, the clear explanation of what things meant and both installs. There were a couple of improvements to the installs but not that means me dropping a star. The 1st install is all about the main external connection, this was actually a day earlier than booked, it went ahead but I wanted to be here on site, I steady it had to be done over the phone, not ideal but it worked. The internal install was right in time, Jamie was courteous, pretty quick, installed things where we agreed, he missed the hoovering a bit which would have made it perfect. He tested things and explained things so overall I'm v happy and everything worked straight away!
