We purchased four pictures from Smallwood, and upon arrival, we noticed that one of the images was damaged. We immediately took photos of the damage and reached out to Smallwood's customer service. They responded promptly, sending us a replacement right away and even inquiring if our frame had been affected. Within just two days, we received the new image in perfect condition. Excellent service!
