Avoid them like the plague. Worst online buying experience ever
I ordered 4 t-shirts from MusicToday from a link on Paul McCartney's official website, on 1st October 2020. I eventually received three of them on 18th January 2021 more than three and a half months after making the order. Two of the t-shirts were ordered as Christmas presents so were a complete waste of money. The company also took payment for the three t-shirts not when they shipped them, but on 6/10/2020. In the end they were unable to supply the fourth t-shirt (which was the one I wanted most - it would be wouldn't it) and I had to continually chase them for updates all the way through the process. I was not told that they couldn't supply the 4th t-shirt until 19/3/21 - that's almost 6 months after the order was placed - and only then after yet another chase email from me. They are by far the worst online ordering outfit I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Like so many other of the comments here, how I wish I had checked the reviews online before ordering. The fact that their link was supplied on the official McCartney website made me feel safe that they would provide a good service. Avoid them like the plague - they are quite simply awful.
