The most horrible experience I have…
The most horrible experience I have ever had. They tell you 2 years warranty, then in 6 months a bed we bought from them broke and it’s not even heavy usage it’s on the guest room, it broke. They sent someone to see it and they said we can’t replace it’s because of usage. Which usage? We do t even have kids at home and the bed was used 3 times. Disaster! And the customer service, email disaster- we know you are going to be disappointed but it’s ok you can be as disappointed as you like you need to keep the broken bed 🙈which company does that.
