0 staters in Future you failed 😨 to do good service I am very upset and thinking still return departure left I hope not to do anything wrong so for future safety. People will understand during the Covid or War crisis should do cooperate with passengers specially who done booking self for my sister brother with face to face by Southall Trave Southall Branch. You wrote that if you can provide information in future tell back to us what kind information dunder the booking process, I went and booked the ticket myself and as I have repeatedly said, I have resigned from my job for two years but when my passengers contact me for booking tickets, they get my help at Southhall branch. If I had my own commission or any other intention that passenger not to give Southhall deserved but nothing like that happened. First, he denied what I said, he was not his employee, second, he accused me of not belonging to this booking, then what is the phone number and what is the email, and keep i mention in the email so that next time you have to make an amendment clause in the future if the passenger. only passenger traviling can booked not friends not family or not ex employ. When I made the no one explain about this condition during the war company not eligible to give any information. There they were booking the plane's passenger book notes and taking them with them. They were making new ones. during the booking no explaining can make booking only passenger no friend no relative no example and in Out bound booking home country. But the consultant took the money and gave me a ticket. During the war country should give you instruction special instruction and Covid clearly done it but give me good response instead of sorry wrong explanation done misguided. if happen with your family friend then you understand. Life gives you lesson by Covid by war but people don't understand. keep doing mistake misguided. And believe it tell the customer service if any schedule changes and problem instead of cancel my sister with my brother in law booking who came here regularly basis to see her family look after them and ticket as per my recommendation and as good past friendship but I am very upset.😢 There is no resentment or pain with my company I still said my company because Southall Travel Southall my back home face to people good only problem call centre people doesn’t understand night time sleeply rest less not a job properly I only try to understand to them not a complain with this branch. I just wanted to explain. It was like an accident. It happened any one please understand what I am explain.It was a war that was stopped. What will happen if we hurt each other? It will only spoil the relationship. So please guide them call centre people only ? Everyone will have to think about their mistakes. It is not criticism. It is a question and a pain that is dirty to everyone. My point is to share my pain and take care of the future. And believe it every where lot Travel Agent online i can book tickets anywhere my complain the situation point out and teach them please me and family suffer it. Time gone . English culture valuable to give a lesson. If some in problem help them not through them. Regards
