The furniture I purchased through Soka far exceeded my expectations. I do understand that delays happen and not always passed along to their customers waiting for a delivery. After an extended period of time , I contacted the company wanting to know what was happening. I was put in touch with Yuki to help with gap in communication. She not only answered but also cleared up and explained the reason for the delays. Yuki has been up front , professional , and transparent throughout this process. 5 stars are not enough.
