Excellent encoding quality for our streaming needs

We've been using this HDMI encoder for our corporate live streams and the video quality is outstanding. The setup was straightforward and it handles 1080p without any lag. Customer support was responsive when we had initial configuration questions. Only minor complaint is the web interface could be more intuitive, but once you learn it, it works great.
