Commission structure is different from what I expected
Worth noting for anyone considering switching: the descending commission on rides combined with keeping 100% of delivery fees means your strategy for maximizing earnings is different than on traditional platforms. I had to rethink how I split my time between ride and delivery blocks. Once I ran the numbers it made sense, but it's not immediately intuitive coming from other apps.
