After 4 weeks of purchase of table lamp…
After 4 weeks of purchase of table lamp Shiva, I got a damaged item, which is a rather obvious production defect. I submitted a standard request for a return and refund with photos via Kave Home website twice, but got no reaction whatsoever. There are no contact details provided on their website, so no options to talk yo a person if you have an issue. I tried messaging via Facebook messenger but did not get any reaction either. So effectivelly there is no customer service, and I am left with a damaged item and no refund.
