The Good and the Bad
I signed up for the in person MCAT course and after Kaplan cancelled the program I signed up for TWICE in a row I was forced to attend the online session instead. The instructor was fantastic, and they had a lot of good resources and a built in schedule which was very helpful to keep me on track. However, the website itself is very temperamental. I am constantly having to reach out to tech support when pages doesn't load, the class login pop-up doesn't work, redirectory links send you into an infinite reloading loop, handout links that are expired, etc. It is very frustrating that it sometimes takes 24 hours to get a response and by then I have moved on to another source. I recommend the MCAT course only if you need: good online lecturers, content review videos and a schedule I do not recommend this for finding specific info, practice questions, or in person classes (especially in California)
